Weekly Events

Saturday Morning Public Program, 10am-1:30pm

Please join us any Saturday morning for a dharma talk, zazen meditation, guided body practice, a chanting/singing service, and a vegetarian lunch.

Feel free to join at the beginning of any of the scheduled events or for the entirety of the program.

11:00 Guided Body Practice (Simple Yoga, Qi gong, and/or walking meditation)

Saturday Heart of Mountain Runners, 3-5pm

Join our weekly running group! Our main trail follows a four mile gravel road climbing 1,500 feet to the summit. The summit has a 1 mile loop around an open meadow with views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Adams, and access to the Bells Mountain Trail. Go at your own pace, traverse your own distance. Dinner will be provided afterward for all who wish to stay. Donations are welcomed.
